Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced auto detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are properly cleaned, polished, and detailed before being delivered to customers. The auto detailer will work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform interior and exterior detailing of vehicles, including cleaning, polishing, and waxing.
- Vacuum, clean, and sanitize vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, and windows.
- Perform exterior cleaning, including washing, buffing, and waxing.
- Inspect vehicles for defects and report any issues to the service team.
- Ensure that all vehicles are ready for delivery to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Keep the detailing area clean and organized.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in automotive detailing.
- Ability to operate detailing equipment, including pressure washers, polishers, and vacuums.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
