Customer Service is the Best
Customer service is the best here and Bob is always on site to answer any questions you may have. Today I came for just a hood decal on my Jeep but if I ever need my Jeep repaired from an accident(God I hope not). I would definitely call and recommend Bob Auto Body.

Honest and Very Trustworthy
Bob's Auto Body is a great place to bring your vehicle. We have 4 vehicles, foreign, domestic, cars, SUV's and Bob's has worked on them all. Most recently we had a dealership tell us that we needed new power steering hoses and a new power steering pump. Bob's checked it out and said we didn't need any of that. They are very honest and very trustworthy. Also, Bob's replaced defective rear shocks with official OEM parts on our SUV. 1 year later, one of those shocks was also defective. Bob's called the manufacturer, ordered another new set, and replaced them, on warranty. Great people, knowledgeable and friendly staff, reliable service. I would recommend them to all.

Friendly and Accomodating
Hit a pothole and had some body and suspension damage. They did a great job and my car looks and runs great. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I definitely recommend if you need car repairs.

Love Bob's Auto. I have used Bob's Auto for over 30 years. I drive past many other repair shops. Bob's Auto is Professional, GREAT Quality and very personable people to deal with. 5 stars is not enough stars for BOB'S AUTO!!!
Friendly and Helpful
I brought my car to Bob's to have my front light fixed. I called a couple places and Bob's gave me the best price. Their shop and waiting room are super clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Eddy changed my light quickly, and I was back on the road in no time! I highly recommend Bob's Auto!
My go to "Guy"
So I had to give Bob a call yet again. My son's girlfriend's car was hit in front of our house. I told her that "I got a guy." Bob is my go to "guy" for any body work. The reason for this is that the customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Bob responds instantaneously. I sent him pictures, a VIN number and within a matter of hours or so you get an estimate. In addition to that, scheduling a time to have the work complete is not a problem. The estimates are very reasonable and he works with my insurance company, State Farm. Lastly, the turnaround time for getting your car back is fabulous. It truly is effortless for you to do business with Bob. I am never inconvenienced by having a car getting worked on by Bob. Highly recommend! I also like supporting a family owned business!!!

I had the rear glass replaced in my 2012 Ford Escape. My car was well care for and the repaired service has been done quickly while waiting.

Very Professional &Clean (No Contact) Working environment. Let me first thank Bob Jr. as well as luis and all the staff at Bob's Auto Repair/Body. I am a real person who found myself having to deal with an auto accident during a pandemic. Bob's staff were very understanding through this process.
